Hey folks, I stumbled across this awhile ago and it seems that its begun to really grow into issue. I know how everyone feels about the highschool rodeo rules, so if you wanna throw your two cents in here be my guest. I cant stand to see us bashed, the more we stand together the better. ~Dee "Girl, 16, isnt allowed to take bull by the horns at this weeks rodeo" www.sj-r.com/rodeo/stories/12887.asp

I've alreay been through this and back. I've talked to the national directors, the secretaries, everyone. They say they won't change the rules.
I've got better things to do than mess around with narrow minded associations. It would be nice if awhole bunch of people went after the Nation Office of HSR. Everything in that article states is everything I've tried too.

Cherrybomb,
This isnt just about the rules of highschool rodeo, this is an attack on girls riding bulls altogether. Your not the only one whos tried, alotta others have pestered officals about this rule. But that page has to do with more then the rules of High School Rodeo. People are bashing women riding bulls in whole, altogether. I posted this for people to see that havent seen it and that want to place there opinion.

Yes, but, people are going to be against women riders where ever you go. I don't like it at all. I wish people would support us girls more. But, you can't really do anything about it. I don't listen to anyone who bashes female bull riders. I just swallow my pride and keep my chin high. I'm here to ride bulls for one reason, because I love it. I don't ride because I want to prove men wrong, I love the bulls, I love the rush.

Greetings,
I am new to this site. I was looking for info on bull riding when I found you. I have been a fan of bull riding for many years and have wondered why women were not allowed to ride the bulls. I feel that if a woman is qualified to ride, she should be allowed to ride. For years, when I was younger, I always wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I am too old now...but I would love to watch women ride. You go gals.

I don't think you will find a better bunch of women than you will on this site. I have met ghostryder and I hopw to meet many others from here in due time.
Welcome again,
